Morning routine

Ideas to prepare self to face stressful day

-wake up early, smile
-sit & stretch
-a few minutes of meditation
-think of 2-3 things to be grateful for, remind yourself what a gift to be alive
-read inspirational book/material for about 5 min
-coffee, tea, scent, music
-keep your attention, to the here & now, so that you can be open to whatever opportunity open to the unknown
-it's not personal
-find your gift & share them
-let out your steam lightly
-nourish & strengthen health
-don't let self doubt stand in your way
